Welcome to Partners in Health Protection, Inc. We are owned and operated by Women. We provide ongoing products/services/programs to individuals, non-profit organizations, business and corporations in communities and villages around the world, and will continue to do so with your help and support.
We can count on our partners and affiliates like you to provide restoration, dignity, knoledge, empowerment, success and all the tools necessary to thrive. Exceptional service is our standard.
We maintain a corps of decision makers consisting of professional and grassroot level women of various background, age and nationalities. We include men as participants and in leadership positions in many of our programs. We believe that given our current culture of households operating by single mothers, our children and future global leaders are more often exposed to women with an unfortunate absence of fatherhood.
We invite and encourage you to become a member of PHP and support our mission by elevating the mothers, sisters and daughters of the world.

Michele Rigaud, President In 1988, after years of serving communities of need, while completing her medical degree and public health training, Dr. Rigaud began to share her passion in expanding her compassion and support in South Florida where she provided a voice for women who did not have the courgage and the opportunity to ask for help on their own. She met with her classmates from the School of Medicine and Public Health at the University of Miami in 1986, Rocio Mariana Loor of Ecuador and Virginia Irwin of Tennesse, and together they founded what is now known as Partners in Health Protection.
We are partners in promoting and securing health of women (who are often considered second citizens) and empowering them as caregivers, to have the knowledge, the courage and the opportunity to promote and secure their community. We are also partners in protecting our future, our global community, our society, our legacy and our generations. It is by protecting our children from a lifetime of failure that we are able to embrace an infinite measure of gratifying success through our spiritual, social and economical worldwide stability.
